With a gated parking lot, key card access to building and private entrances this sound stage is a sanctuary for production. There is external power as well as connection points for any of your production needs. Whether it is a live broadcast, virtual production, augmented reality, commercial, or a feature film; the facility can accommodate it all.
HVAC
With 1,000 tons of cooling, we can keep everyone comfortable and with oversized duct work that is sound treated, you will never hear the HVAC working. The fan speed can also be controlled when haze is needed for the room.
Security
The 5-acre property was designed to handle a large production for the talent and the crew. Key card access is required to get in and out of all entrances. The main green room has a separate garage entry for privacy and security. The perimeter of the building is supported by overhead security cameras that are monitored 24/7. The on-property security makes rounds every hour on the hour.
